The Professional Foundation:
Jackie holds dual Associate’s degrees in Business Management and Marketing/Sales, providing the backbone for her 25+ years of experience in tax and business operations. As an IRS AFSP credentialed professional, she specializes in the complex returns most firms avoid: Schedule F (Farms), intricate stock portfolios, and multi-year tax resolutions. Her status grants her representation rights to stand by her clients before the IRS.
The Mission & The "Mama Bear" Instinct:
Known as the "Mama Bear" of Pawprint, Jackie brings a fierce, protective maternal instinct to her work. As an active Beekeeper and farm owner, she knows firsthand how difficult it is for small producers to find honest tax advocacy. "I set out to master the tax code to protect my own livelihood now, I use that knowledge to guard the families and businesses around me," Jackie says. She ensures her clients never "get played by the system" but instead benefit from proactive, family-first protection.
Ashley Cespedes

The Academic Foundation:
Ashley holds dual Associate degrees and is currently a Senior Accountancy BBA student at the University of Texas Permian Basin (Class of 2027). Maintaining a 3.5 GPA while managing Pawprint Bookkeeping, her academic success reflects the intense discipline she brings to her clients’ records. Upon graduation, she will transition to the Uniform CPA Examination track to further her commitment to elite financial standards.

"I returned to school to master accountancy after seeing small business owners like my own husband struggle with poor financial guidance," Ashley says. This personal connection drives her to look beyond the surface of a balance sheet. To Ashley, a set of books is a forensic puzzle. She specializes in deep-dive "clean-up" projects, identifying forced reconciliations, phantom transactions, and the costly errors that high-volume firms often overlook. Her goal is to ensure your financial story is accurate, compliant, and built for growth.
